I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TIAA (Memphis, TN) in Jan 2018
Interview
They do all the unecessary stuff like background check, etc. before you even complete the interview process. Even go as far as having another admin contact you to go over the day to day tasks. Then they have you interview with the hiring manager and even his peer who may live across the state somewhere and you won't even be supporting him. They also big on hiring older white women!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why don't you just stay where you are? Why don't you stay in the industry you're accoustomed to?
Three different interviews each with different person, second was panel. Everyone was very knowledgeable and nice. There are a lot of administrative assistant roles so it's important to know which group interviewing for. The hiring manager or talent team can explain.

It was a pretty basic interview. I first had a telephone screen interview, two in person interviews before getting an offer. The managers made it easy. Friendly environment and I was offered a position.
