I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TIAA in Feb 2019
Interview
Applied online through a job board, received an email about a week after and was asked to answer 4-5 video interview questions. You have 2 chances to record yourself for every question, this was fairly easy. It's not a live video session, but just recordings through a website. After this heard back after 2 weeks with a follow up email, and an in person interview was scheduled. In person interview felt very much like a conversation, and the interviewers really tried to make you feel comfortable. You get interviewed by multiple people however it is one after the other. Some of the interviewers may ask the same questions.

Interview
Hiring process was incredibly quick. I submitted a video interview and didn't hear back for roughly 2 weeks. I don't really mind this but some may find it annoying. After my video was reviewed I was invited straight into the Final Rd. of interviews in person. This was 3 consecutive 1 on 1 interviews. The Talent Acquisition prepped me for the interview beforehand and gave several great tips for really nailing the process. I had a great time.
