Interview
They welcome candidate with gift and after that one hour of induction from hr and management. They explain about the company and its services and product.
It was drive and 3 slots were there. I waited fir more than 6 hour to come turn for first round.
They arranged Lunch for the candidates.
The interview was good but I was so frustrated thats why could not able to answer simply but tricky Questions.

1) Can we have overloaded methods with different return type
Yes Provided number of arguments different.
2) Method overriding with access specifiers with example
3) Methods Overrriding with excetion handling with example
4) Abstract class with constructor and what is the use of constructor if we dont instantiate abstract class.
5) Can interface have no method in it
6) What is the default capacity of hashamp and working of hashamp if it reaches its maximum capacity.
7) What if we want to create custom object as key inside hashmap ,we have to do something in our code
8) What is the difference between @Component,@Repository,@Service and @Controller
9) What is the difference between IOC and Dependency Injection.
10) What is bean scopes
11) What if we call singleton bean from prototype or prototype bean from singleton How many objects returned.
12) what is bean life cycle in spring.

Interview
One day interview process, offer was made in same day. While the process was too long, you might wait for 3-4 hours for first interview. They will show presentation about tiaa and then interview process will start.

It started with the detailed presentation and then video played which gave more detail about the organisation.
Recruitment process: 2 technical interviews, 1 managerial round, 1 HR
They are very professional people, management is really good.
