Interview
I waited for thirty minutes in a waiting room area, outside of the dressing room. My interview was scheduled at 1:00 didn’t get back there til 1:30, which was fine. Then during the interview was asked front and back page full of questions, asked if I was okay with getting to sell their TJ MAXX credit card, then said they would cross check references and call me back.
First interview is short and over the phone.
Second is in person going over the position, and getting to know you. Super straight forward, will be easy if you have previous retail experience.
It was quick and easy. Very straight forward, but thorough. It was in person and I got a call the next day that i was hired. This was three years ago so it might be different now.
The interview consisted of A brief Phone screen followed by an in person interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Questions were relayed to experience from last jobs and responding to customer service scenarios.
