TJ Maxx interview questions

I applied in June and got a phone call at the beginning of July for an interview the next day. The interview was very easy with questions about my previous experience and how I would handle certain situations. Very conversation like. I had applied for a merchandise coordinator position, but was told in the interview that only associate positions were available. He called me two days later to offer me a front end coordinator position and I started a week later.

Job interview was fairly easy on took 1 week. did an interview over the phone with general manager then an in person with the assistant manager then got a call back to days later for orientation.
