TJ Maxx Sales Asociate interview questions

A manager called me to schedule an in-person interview. Got to the store and had to wait for awhile until the interview, but it wasn't too long. Overall the interview was very informal and the manager was very friendly, she seemed to understand the awkwardness of some of the interview questions. I was offered the job within the week and accepted.

The interview process was very relaxed. It was mostly just asking about availability and giving me the chance to meet the team of managers. We sat in their office and went over my resume and availability and the team just assessed my answers.
