Recruiter reached out on Handshake,then I sent my resume and applied. Another internal recruiter reached out to me and I had a 15 minute call with her. I then had a 30 min teams call with the HR director followed by a "meat the team" in person interview for about an hour.

What was one of the difficulties you've had in a previous position and how did you deal with it/ overcome it?
The initial call was randomly on a Friday afternoon and I was asked a number of questions when I was not prepared since this was not a scheduled call and then contact was discontinued after taking an assessment required for the position.
