Interview
Interviews are done with a member of management. Mine was done by the center manager. It was very laidback. It was very basic in the questioning; who I was, what my previous work experience was, what I was looking to do in the future. He then described the job and requirements. Since I already had previous work in sales, telemarketing, and customer service I received an offer for the job.

Very easy interview questions the basic interview with great management . Name a time you had to deal with a irritated customer? What did you do? How did you deescalate ?

They'll literally hire ANYONE. The phone interview is a pointless waste of time because it's guaranteed you'll be asked for an in-person interview anyway... And hired. They were very excited about my education and experience - most likely because we both knew the position was beneath me (not to sound narcissistic but a college degree in business to work in telemarketing?). I had just moved out of state and needed a job to fill the time while I looked for an ACTUAL salary.
