It was a very difficult interview process. First they ask you to take a navigation skills test, then the interviewer asks you many difficult questions and also questions the answers you provide. Than they have you read through two scripts, point out your flaws, then have you read it over again to see if you were able to fix your flaws while reading the scripts.
