The interview itself was okay, when I finally got one. It would be nice if they told you prior to the interview who the client is, to study the product. You have to take a typing test that's simple. From what I picked up, it is a really competitive position for a low pay. They lied about the actual pay on the LinkedIn post, it's not $17 as indicated but $12 (the company they were hiring for pays starting $18 - it's a gap). It's not a good start if you are already lying to potential employees. Returned contact is non existent.
