The process included a case study presentation followed by several interviews. The case study was presented to a panel of Technical Product Managers who asked questions about prioritization, stakeholder management, and execution. After that, I had a series of one-on-one interviews with Engineering Managers focused on technical understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and how I work with engineering teams to deliver products.
Overall, the interviewers were professional and the conversations felt collaborative while still providing a thorough evaluation of both product and technical skills.
