Interview
If you get lucky- you may get a same day interview- and get to interview the same day you fill out your application, and may even get a job on the same day!
I applied online in the office, set an appt for interview. Came back the following day, interviewed with one person who was definitely someone who wanted quick, complete answers (because that is their personality- which you'll learn to respond to all kind of personalities! ) Had one further interview and was hired that day.
There are some days where you can go down and apply and interview the very same day- so you can leave there with a job offer if things are in your favor. The interview questions are not overly hard but require workplace maturity, verbal abilities and a professional attitude. When I went in initially I did an app online one day after they had done same day hiring. I filled out my online app pretty easily, had the interview scheduled for the following day, interviewed by 2 people and hired immediately after both.
I've had CS experience for more than a decade, so for me, it's a great fit and easy interview. For those starting out, entry level, etc- this is a good place to work which will provide tons of opportunities for advancement. Try to go in with a positive and professional attitude, be enthusiastic and willing to learn and work and be an HONEST person- this will be a great place to test the waters and potentially find your career.
