Interview
I first submitted my resume through my university's career website. Then, I received a phone interview a couple of days later. After that, you are invited to ICAP's New York office for 2 quantitative tests along with a case study followed by a panel of interviews.
Hirevue was a positive process, followed expected intern questions + focus on brokering. Would recommend applying to the role as the opportunity is great. Just prepare well, and practise specifically for the hirevue set up.

After sending in a cover letter and my CV, I got scheduled for a rather casual phone interview where they asked me general questions. Questions to do with why I'm interested in this company, this role, pressured situations I've been involved in and how I managed them.
