The first round was a telephone interview with someone from HR. The next round is in person at their testing center (Even though I was applying for the NYC job I did mine in London). There I took a mathematical reasoning test with charts, graphs, data, etc. It wasn't terribly hard but there is a time limit. Then there was a Bloomberg type simulation test which was very difficult, because it was new to me and each question has a very short time limit. Normally, you would then do a group presentation, but for some reason they weren;t prepared for that so we didn't have to do it. Finally, I interviewed with a member of HR.
