I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TP ICAP (London, England)
Interview
I met the head of the desk and also the head of the department in a local cafe/bar. We had a general conversation and then I met with the Director in charge of the trading floor at the office. My credentials were checked through mutual contacts and through the relevant authorities.

Question 1
We discussed my previous experience and how it would be relevant going forward. I had to show my knowledge of options with a few questions and also my general knowledge of the markets.
it is a very straight forward process, I enjoyed the assessment centre day and I think you will have a great experience too. I would prep with market stuff as well as general finance concept and make sure to be 100% yourself on the day of the interview, good luck
Multiple interviewers asking you questions on how you are and who you know in the industry and do you know difference between broking vs trading. With a quick brain teaser afterwards.
I applied online. I interviewed at TP ICAP (London, England)
Interview
Very relaxed basic questions. They don't want you to try to seem perfect from the feedback that I have received they in fact want you to really convince them that you will stay a broker throughout your career. The key is really to show authenticity, understanding and for them to like your personality.
