Someone on the talent acquisition team set up time for me to meet with the hiring manager. I had an initial 45-min interview with the hiring manager. Not very conversational just a bunch of short questions. At the end she said HR would reach out 'in a few days'. From there I didn't hear for 2 weeks, even after I followed up with the HR person who was very communicative beforehand. I just would've appreciated a check-in after a few days or at least not to be kept waiting for 2 full weeks! Finally I was sent an email that I won't be moving forward.
