I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TP ICAP (London, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
Face-to-face meeting for 20 minutes or so.
Very informal and easy-going questions trying to build conversation and not trying to catch oneself out.
Very positive and honest discussion about personal experience and also desk requirements and expectations for the role.

Interview
Expected a normal interview, where i would sit down in the office and be asked questions based on my knowledge of the company, motivations and my experiences etc.
However, this interview was the opposite. Took place in the reception of the building, and lasted around 5-10 minutes. Where the interviewers seemed in a rush to leave, asked me two questions, and overall seemed uninterested, even though I was more than qualified and gave strong answers, after spending a long time prepping.
It felt very unprofessional, and baring in mind I had spent money on travel along with many hours of my time for a interview that lasted a bit more than 5 minutes, I felt quite disrespected.
A good interview over Microsoft Teams, they gave me a brief insight into the role and my development, and tried to get a further understanding on how I could fit into the role.
