TP ICAP Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process consisted of an on-site paper based test on c++ which was about an hour long. That consisted lots fundamental questions about c++. After that round there was a face to face interview with senior manager.

Three stage interview, first with development team leads, then development manager and finally HR. After waiting nearly a week following final interview was told I wasn't getting an offer solely because I didn't show that I wanted to join enough.
