A proposta da empresa e sua estrutura são excelentes, mas a etapa de entrevista do processo seletivo é desanimadora, os candidatos são reunidos em salas com um número muito grande de pessoas e precisam se apresentar, falar sobre suas experiências e responder perguntas do RH diante de todos. Esse formato é desconfortável, compromete a privacidade dos candidatos e dificulta uma avaliação individual mais justa. A impressão é de que essa etapa é conduzida de forma pouco cuidadosa. Tive muito interesse na vaga, mas acredito que um processo seletivo estruturado dessa maneira não permite conhecer adequadamente o potencial de cada candidato.
An English test is conducted, but no feedback is given. No update at all afterwards, but an email regarding vacancies of a totally different position is sent to me. HR is helpful in the beginning, but she did not follow up after the process.
