Interview
Online customer service. I answered questions online for troubleshooting. Account issues and technical issues. I walked customers step by step through resolving issues. Responsible for all customer inquiries and questions regarding their personal computer or portable device (smart cell phone, mp3 player, PDA).
After assessment, you will be interviewed by recruiters. The interview process is easy. They will just ask about your experiences. It only lasted for more or less 20 minutes. Just be yourself and be confident.
