Quite easy and business casual. I was called for the interview the same day and we did that. It was more like a convo rather than interview. I liked it. Some basic questions and that is all.
After assessment, you will be interviewed by recruiters. The interview process is easy. They will just ask about your experiences. It only lasted for more or less 20 minutes. Just be yourself and be confident.
