Good communicate with their employees , they have a eye to eye contact so the employee or niewbies have a focus on her/his interviewers so that they can easily get to each other
After assessment, you will be interviewed by recruiters. The interview process is easy. They will just ask about your experiences. It only lasted for more or less 20 minutes. Just be yourself and be confident.
