Its was smooth sealing and all partys involved were amazing in every aspect of the process the onboarding was esay and the question were not designed to be defecult and the hr personal were so helpful
The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal
