After I filled the online form I was assisted to the computer so I can start the assessment then the interview. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, staff are accommodating and quick to answer queries.
The interview process was smooth and straightforward. The recruiters were approachable and explained each step clearly. It included an initial screening, assessment, and final interview. The questions were mostly about customer service, communication skills, and work experience. Overall, the process was professional and beginner-friendly.
