Interview
The interview took about half an hour, they (HR and a Performance Manager) asked a lot of good questions, didn’t need experience for the position but customer service experience was helpful. Was offered the job on the spot after the interview.
Great interview process management seemed very passionate and had over 10 plus years of experience. Made me feel good about transferring over to another company. Explained pay structure, work schedules and expectations clearly.

What is one task or obstacle did I have to overcome and how did I do it ?
it's a easy process then you have to go to a week training pass the insurance test then start another week of training once your actually job begins then a month process of answering phones before you really start
