I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TRANZACT (Tampa, FL) in Sep 2015
Interview
2-minute phone screen. Most important question seemed to be whether or not I had reliable transportation.
Computer skills test. It is skewed towards keyboard commands rather than mouse work.
Listening skills test--listened to a 60-second recording and answer questions.
Met with supervisor for 20 minutes.
On-the-spot offer.
Great interview process management seemed very passionate and had over 10 plus years of experience. Made me feel good about transferring over to another company. Explained pay structure, work schedules and expectations clearly.
