I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at TSA (Transportation Security Administration) (Lubbock, TX) in Jan 2011
Interview
I began by applying online. Once my application was submitted I then received a phone call interview and questionnaire. After completing the phone interview I was then approved for a position and placed in a pool of ready candidates. After approx. 4-6 months passed I was then offered a position at my airport of choice. Once offered this position I was then subjected to one on one interviews and testing. If you are willing to to move to a separate location then the process would be much shorter.
