First,HR will take you to have an aptitude test.
And then ,take a bus to another building to have an interview with a boss.
After interview,HR will interview you by phone after one week.
Few behavior question and also ask you some basic semi-conducter knowledge. Such as DIBL and basic concept of MOSFET. It's not that hard just to make sure you can tell the concept fluently

Can you describe a challenge you faced and how you handled it?
How do you solve technical problems when you get stuck
Standard interview with HR then Team Members. Very relaxed and calm interview environment and interviewers were friendly. Each interview took about an hour each and was ranging from technical and behavioral queations.
