Interview
The first stage involves interviews with the hiring manager and peers at the same level, followed by a second round with the department manager. These interviews mainly focus on questions related to past work experience and self-introduction. Finally, salary determination is conducted with HR.

Few behavior question and also ask you some basic semi-conducter knowledge. Such as DIBL and basic concept of MOSFET. It's not that hard just to make sure you can tell the concept fluently
Self intro, Why are you interested in this position? What are your strengths and weaknesses？
Can you describe a challenge you faced and how you handled it?
How do you solve technical problems when you get stuck
Standard interview with HR then Team Members. Very relaxed and calm interview environment and interviewers were friendly. Each interview took about an hour each and was ranging from technical and behavioral queations.
