I was contacted quickly for an interview with no screening. I met with a couple of the UX leaders over a video call and the interview went pretty well. What upset me about the experience is that the HR rep completely ghosted me after the interview. Even after I reached out for an update I was ignored. Is it really that hard to just send an email saying they found someone that fit the role better? Letting people without common courtesy represent the face of your company is a huge red flag.
