Panel The interview process was fine I guess, but I was harassed by the recruiter with phone calls after I was given an offer. They wanted me to make a decision about the company 3 days after they extended an offer and gave no extension. I had other offers to consider and they were not accommodating at all. When I tried to get an extension, they retracted their offer on the basis that "they are only looking for candidates who are only interested in TTEC." They seem very arrogant. Would never want to work for this company.
