I had no interview since I was already licensed for health insurance sales. They had me fill out an online profile, same day drug test, then I went right into training the next day!easiest interview ever. Been there for about a year now. Some positions require unpaid license training first but then you get a bonus after the initial product training. About $300 bonus.
