To be hired as a quality assurance specialist you first must excell as a tier 1 and tier 2 customer service representative. I did a lot of research among the team leads in my location about how to prepare for the interview process which made things easier for me. I also did a mock interview with one of my team leads to ease my nerves. I practiced doing evaluations alongside some of the team leads during free time and studied the quality assurance matrix. All of this helped with the interview process.
