Interview process went great. Gave me enough time to develop as a regular service agent for 1 year, and provided the opportunity to all the agents. I of course started as an advocate and the interview process went well. Than trainer position came along and I felt I developed a lot in a year.
The interview was very clear and concise. I was able to answer all of th questions as it's related to the job that I am applying for. They are very direct to the point.

be prepared. The HR responded early and scheduled meetings with the managers. it was a fairly simple process. I was interview by two TQM. They asked about my experience in Customer service sector. The kind of company culture I liked. I was ;provided a deep dive as to what the company does.
