It is interesting. I've gone to different stages in the interview. It started with initial interview then an online examination. Then, I've done call simulation where your answers are recorded and you will be talking to a recorded voice of an interviewer. Last is the final interview wherein you will be speaking face to face with the Hiring Manager. It was quite hard but with the help of Glassdoor.com I was able to answer every questions with confidence.
