I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC in Nov 2020
Interview
The interviews are basically scripted presentations with a handful of other people. First interview I (well, we) were told that offers would not present themselves until late December early January (this was late November). Oh yeah, the jobs they offer aren't for their company, but companies they have contracts with to find employees. I trusted them and stopped basically stopped my job search. Early January I was contacted for an offer interview, also with many others. We were given another scripted presentation just as we were given during the first "interview." At the end we were told to write in the chat box if we were interested. I said I was interested in the position being offered. The recruiter said we would be contacted within a few hours after the information session with further instructions. I never received an email about the position I applied for. I reached out to them to tell them I was never contacted about the position. I told to be patient and to wait for the next step, although I had done all of them. I called again and was told the same thing and to wait, but this time I was supposed to be contacted by the recruiter directly. I never heard back from them again. The training I was supposed to be a part of, for Bank of America, is three days from today and still no response. It seemed promising at first, but ended up being a waste of time. Apparently accepting an offer doesn't automatically mean you'll get the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
At the first one you are asked to give a quick synopses of your CSR background and why you are interested in the position. At the second interview you just sit back and listen.
The interview process with TTEC was not as organized as I expected. I applied for the position and received an email to complete the required assessment the same day. After completing the assessment, I received a text message inviting me to schedule an interview with their Virtual Recruiter. The virtual interview was extremely easy and questions were based on past experiences in customer related roles and how well I handled telephone calls or in-person interactions with angry customers. After the virtual interview, I was asked to take an assessment that I had already completed and to schedule an interview. Each time I check the company website to schedule an interview, the slots are already filled.

My past experiences in customer related roles and how well I handled telephone calls or in-person interactions with angry customers.
First interview was a phone interview, the second interview was a group interview followed by a breakout session into a 3 person group. Interview process was very straightforward and easy.
Group interviews where you hear about the position ro determine if you want it. You may speak to someone individually but not always. Then you are sent an offer letter if indicating interest
