Overall it was relatively easy. Nothing too difficult. The time was not as long as expected from start to finish. Was scheduled for a panel interview but was a one on one instead.

Brief phone interview. Then interview with the potential reporting manager. Then interview with the director of the department. Phone interview was mostly about what I was doing (duties and responsibilities) and to see if my experience fits with the role I was applying for. I was interviewed by two managers because I remember I also qualified for another opening at the same department but with a different function. Questions were mostly about how I would react on certain challenges the work would usually face on a day to day basis. I was also interviewed by the director of the department afterwards. The interview was mostly casual and I felt that she was validating inputs of the previews interviewers.
