There were 3 levels of the interview. For my position, since the boss is in the US, we have to do it all via phone. The first interview was done by the recruiter. She told me i passed so she then scheduled a second interview to my boss from the US. Then, the third interview (by the recruiter) came since i passed the second one and she gave me specific instruction on how can i start with the job.
