In order to get the interview after filling the application you had to take an assessment, which is fairly easy it takes about 30 minutes to complete. After you finish your assessment you get an email from a recruiter asking for a screenshot of your computer specs And you have to perform a hardwired Internet speed test three times and record the download speed, upload speed, and ping then you email the recruiter with your results. There was really no formal interview, I never spoke to anybody over the phone and the next week a different recruiter took over my hiring process and that led to a lot of miscommunication so therefore I was never given an actual start date.
