I had been working at revana for a short while as an outbound sales rep. I was really interested in a training position. When I first started at revana, they talked about hiring from within.
Most places say that and dont. I went into the interview. They had me do a 15 minute presentation on a topic of my choice. Then I had to explain why I chose that and why it was relevent. So far I love my job. Everyone I have met at revana is amazing. You really create your own experience here.

be prepared. The HR responded early and scheduled meetings with the managers. it was a fairly simple process. I was interview by two TQM. They asked about my experience in Customer service sector. The kind of company culture I liked. I was ;provided a deep dive as to what the company does.
