      I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Amherst, OH) in Feb 2011

      Interview

      It was very brief and not at all personal. I felt as if though I was just being shuffled through a system which became more clear as the process lingered. I was only a number to the company, one that was there to make them money as quickly as possible. It was a strange feeling knowing that there was little regard for me as a new employee.

      I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.
