I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2023
Interview
The Interview was group interview with 20 people on Zoom. It was a total waste of my time because the interviewer said right off the bat that they’re not hiring anymore for Ontario and anyone looking for positions should drop the call despite the job description specifically looking for Ontario workers. It was unprofessional and manipulative to not send out a notice before the interview that their directions changed, but instead waited when the interview started. several people dropped the call immediately and rightfully as they were not offering immediate positions. Absolute poor planning.

First interview was a phone interview, the second interview was a group interview followed by a breakout session into a 3 person group. Interview process was very straightforward and easy.
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.
