I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Tempe, AZ) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was not an interview. It was a conversational frat party with an unqualified manager telling me how overqualified I am. It ended in "I mean if we get you for a quarter I'll take it!"

Question 1
Nothing I was cut off while introducing myself with "you know what your applying for right? You are waaaayyyyy over qualified for this position."
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TTEC in Jan 2025
Interview
I got approached by an external recruiter about a BDR job. I asked more details about the job. I only got the JD. I was told that I would have to officially apply for the job to get more information about the job. I decided to apply and I was invited to a screening call. It went well although only then I was told who the client is, what I would be selling.
After the call, I was invited to a 30 min self-paced online personality assessment. I completed it and the next day, I got a rejection email simply saying that my application will not be processed anymore. No real reason provided. I emailed and called the company recruiter, I got radio silence. I emailed the external recruiter asking what happened. She told me that for some reason, I failed the assessment, I asked how is that possible, then again radio silence. TTEC is a typical IT company that does nothing to stand out from the market / their competitors.
Process is easy and quick, good place to start your tech sales journey. Good place to learn the job and find a new company after few months. Don't stress too much about the interview
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC (Kraków) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was very friendly and it consists on 2 stages. First stage is a technical interview where someone from HR reaches out to you to do some background check such as legal permits and basic questions job related.
The second stage is a more role oriented interview with different questions related to the position and solution you will be working with, plus a play role to see how you manage different situations.
