I was given an opportunity to interview with TVH. I was ghosted for my first initial phone call by the Director. I was then called back and asked to come in and meet the team/have lunch. After my final interview I was informed I would hear back from the Director. After 2 weeks I received no communication. I have sent follow up emails to both the Director and HR Business partner. As a recruiter I find it very unprofessional to ghost an applicant especially after asking them to spend their time/money coming out to meet the team and have lunch.
