Interview
6 Rounds. Multiple rounds which were done in different time zones so you had to do them outside of your regular time preferences. At the last (or almost last) round, they rejected me. The interviewer was pretty rude and also complained to me about why I wasn't there in person (I didn't ask for an online round). After 4-5 rounds of spending around 3 hours talking to them (during the process), it was weird being rejected after 10 -15 mins of a conversation. Just know they can do the same with you. Be careful of your time.
Recruiter out of her depth.
-Couldn't tell me what the salary range was.
-Could tell me that as a tech company, they are mandating in-office at least part-time.
-Big egos, bad vibes, seemingly low morale and comp.
Maybe you'll have better luck.

Interview
Immature child like recruiter who knew nothing about the job and had no questions prepared. There were bouts of silence during the phone screen that I felt forced to fill with questions. Generally a recruiter tells a little about the position which then leads into a more meaningful conversation. She only asked over and over if I knew how to do one task. With all the silence I lost interest in the company and the position. I could see the potential going south and I didn’t care. This is who they put in the forefront? Oh and she was texting. I could hear the phone keyboard clicking. The next day I received an email that they were not moving forward with my candidacy. No surprise there. I have over 20 years experience in the exact position they posted. I’m an excellent match for a hard to fill skill set. It’s their lost if they allow an unprofessional recruiter to filter they’re candidates! Taboola is not for me. I have the highly sought after skill so I don’t need them!
