Phone interview Technical interview (1-2 hour) - completed Homework task - declined After sending the homework task i got a respond. I have been declined, what is nothing wrong with that, the issue was the company attitude what this respond email perfecly represented. So they were responding to people who spent days with their interview process in a copy paste template email format from a "no-reply" email address... It tells a lot about this company culture. No comment. I have never left comment about a company related to their interview processes on Glassdoor, but in this case I felt I have to. Its fine to be not move on an interview process, nothing wrong with that, but when a candidate completes a 2 hour long technical interview and then spends a day(s) with a homework interview task and gets a response like this. I never faced something like this in my 8 years of career with a hundred of interviews behind me.
