The interview process was challenging and required preparation. It included questions about product metrics, data analysis, SQL, problem-solving, and how I would approach improving a product feature. The interviewers focused on analytical thinking, business impact, and communication skills.

I accepted a 48-hour homework assignment to analyze the data I received and draw conclusions about all sorts of changes in the market. The assignment was in Panda. After that, I was invited to an interview at the offices to talk about the homework test and understand why I chose the chosen KPIs and what my strategy was. I also learned concepts they asked for, such as offerfit, underfit, and demagoguery. Finally, there was the question of exactly how many views there are per minute on TikTok in Israel.
