During every interview I've ever had, in every state to which I've applied to a Taco Bell, the GM or shift lead who performed the interview was completely open minded and willing to listen and usually willing to hire me right away. The management is really understanding and approachable.

Really easy going, didn't feel like an interview at all. It was a great first job interview process just make sure you are trained if this is your first interview.
