very easy and smooth non technical . just talk abut you experience and show that you are eager to get the job . its a help desk job there is a very high turnover rate they will hire anyone
one round with contracting firm
second round with team lead
first round goes thru resume and highlights job roles
second round is "technical round" but not really technical, just want to make sure you know the lingo and can work in large org

Very simple. First with contractor hr and then second with two supervisors. HR one was going over resume, and second interview was more technical going over troubleshooting situations and basic IT knowledge.
