The interview is very easy thy basically jut want to get to know you. I don't know about shift manager interviews because I was promoted from a team member within the company. I'm sure they just want to make sure you have manager experience anywhere and are able to work the hours they are looking for. It's nothing to be worried about, questions don't get tricky they're usually very straight forward so no ncessary prep, just walk in confident.

Easy and straightforward hiring process.. if you say no to donating to kbp cares they will not hire you. Pay is about 16.50 an hour.. just be yourself, act confident. Follow up with how do you feel about me
Really smooth process from start to finish. You get to know the managers and the company alot through the process. Training was very simple and straight forward to go through and all trainers were really knowledgeable.
